According to the Winnipeg Police Service, officers were dispatched shortly before 8:00 a.m. to a wellbeing check at a residence located in the 700 block of Stella Avenue. Members of the North District General Patrol responded to the call and arrived at the scene shortly thereafter.
Upon arrival, officers located a deceased adult male outside a residential property. The area was immediately secured as a potential crime scene, and additional investigative units were deployed to assist with evidence collection and scene processing.
